2. When Refunds May Not Be Approved

Refunds may not be approved in the following situations:

  2. You bought the ebook but decided not to read or use it.

  4. You already downloaded, opened, or accessed the ebook and there is no technical issue, duplicate charge, non-delivery, or misrepresentation.
  5. You shared, copied, distributed, resold, or used the ebook in a way that violates our terms.
  6. You requested a refund after the allowed refund request period.

Our ebooks are educational resources. They are designed to provide guidance, clarity, and practical steps. However, individual results may vary depending on personal consistency, lifestyle, health condition, and other personal circumstances.

3. Replacement First, Refund When Necessary

For technical issues, we will first try to resolve the problem by:

  1. Resending the ebook;
  2. Providing a fresh download link;
  3. Sending a working copy of the file; or
  4. Assisting you with access or download concerns.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be processed.

4. Refund Request Period

Requests sent after this period may no longer be eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
