Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy applies to all digital products purchased from Beyond the Scale by Marx, a digital ebook brand/store owned and operated by Nucleix Online Educational Consultancy Services.

Because our products are digital ebooks and online educational materials, no physical item will be shipped. All purchases are delivered electronically through secure digital access.

1. How Your Ebook Is Delivered

After a successful purchase, your ebook will be delivered in two ways:

1. Instant Email Delivery

Within approximately 1–2 minutes after your successful purchase, an automated branded email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

This email will contain a secure download link that allows you to access and download your ebook.

Please make sure that the email address you enter at checkout is correct, active, and accessible.

2. Thank You Page Download Button

Immediately after completing checkout, you will also be redirected to the order confirmation or Thank You page.

On this page, a Download button will appear so you can access your ebook right away.

This gives you immediate access even before checking your email.

2. Download Link Limit and Expiration

For security and product protection, each download link is limited to one access only.

The download link will also expire 72 hours after purchase.

Because of this, we strongly encourage you to download your ebook immediately upon purchase or as soon as you receive the download email. Once downloaded, please save the file in a secure folder on your device so you can access it anytime.

If the link has already been accessed or has expired after 72 hours, you may no longer be able to use the same link again.

3. No Physical Shipping

Beyond the Scale by Marx currently sells digital products only.

This means:

1. No printed book will be shipped;

2. No parcel or physical package will be delivered;

3. No shipping fee should apply unless clearly stated for a future physical product;

4. Delivery is made through digital download only.

4. Delivery Time

Digital access is usually available immediately after successful checkout through the Download button on the Thank You page.

The download email is also usually sent within 1–2 minutes after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may take a few extra minutes due to payment processing, email delays, spam filtering, internet connection issues, or system verification.

If you do not receive your download email and cannot access your ebook within 24 hours after successful payment, please contact us for assistance.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct email address during checkout and downloading the ebook within the allowed access period.

We are not responsible for delivery or access issues caused by:

1. Incorrect or misspelled email address;

2. Full inbox;

3. Email going to Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Updates folders;

4. Restrictions from your email provider;

5. Poor internet connection;

6. Device storage or compatibility issues;

7. Failure to download the ebook from the Thank You page;

8. Failure to check your email after purchase;

9. Failure to download the ebook before the 72-hour expiration period;

10. Attempting to reuse a download link after it has already been accessed.

If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us immediately and provide proof of purchase so we can verify your order.

6. What to Do If You Do Not Receive Your Ebook

If you do not receive your ebook after purchase, please first check:

1. The order confirmation or Thank You page for the Download button;

2. Your Spam or Junk folder;

3. Your Promotions or Updates tab;

4. Your inbox search using the keyword “Beyond the Scale by Marx”;

5. Your payment confirmation email;

6. Your customer account or order page, if available.

7. Technical Issues

If the Download button does not work, the email download link does not open, the file cannot be downloaded, or the ebook appears corrupted, please contact us at nucleix26@gmail.com.

We will first try to resolve the issue by:

1. Verifying your order;

2. Checking the download issue;

3. Resending access when appropriate;

4. Providing a fresh secure download link when the issue is valid and verified;

5. Assisting you with basic access or download concerns.

If we are unable to provide access to a working copy of the ebook due to a valid technical issue on our end, your request may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.

8. Expired or Used Download Links

Because download links are limited to one access only and expire after 72 hours, customers are expected to download and save the ebook immediately.

Requests for a new download link after the link has expired or has already been accessed may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We may provide a fresh link if there is a verified technical issue, incorrect delivery, failed download, or other valid concern. However, we reserve the right to deny repeated or unreasonable requests, especially when there is evidence of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or refund abuse.

9. Device and File Compatibility

Our ebooks are usually provided in a common digital format such as PDF, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Before purchasing, please make sure your device can open the ebook file format. Most smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers can open PDF files using a browser, PDF reader, or compatible app.

We are not responsible for issues caused by outdated software, unsupported devices, disabled downloads, poor internet connection, or lack of available storage space.

10. Personal Use Only

Your ebook purchase is for personal use only.

You may not copy, share, upload, distribute, resell, forward, or make the ebook publicly available to others. Download links and ebook files must not be shared with unauthorized users.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access if there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized sharing, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
